All orders are processed and packed within up to 5 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays). You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped, including tracking details where applicable.

We only offer domestic shipping within Australia.
3. Shipping Methods & Rates
We currently offer:

Standard Tracked Shipping – Flat rate of AUD $12.00

Free Standard Tracked Shipping – Automatically applied to orders over AUD $100
All shipping rates are displayed at checkout and are subject to change.
4. Estimated Delivery Times
After dispatch, delivery times are typically:

Metro areas: 2–4 business days

Please note that these are estimates provided by our shipping partners (e.g. Australia Post) and may vary during peak periods, public holidays, or due to unforeseen delays.
5. Tracking Your Order
If tracking is available, you’ll receive a link via email once your order has shipped. If you haven’t received tracking information after 5 business days, please contact us.
6. Missed or Delayed Deliveries
We are not responsible for delays caused by couriers, natural events, or incorrect shipping details provided at checkout. Please ensure your address is correct at the time of purchase.
If your package is delayed or lost, we’ll assist where possible, but encourage you to contact the courier directly with your tracking number for updates.
7. Return to Sender / Undeliverable Orders
If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address or failure to collect from a post office, re-delivery fees will apply.
