We want you to love your purchase, but we also understand that sometimes things don’t work out. This Returns & Refund Policy outlines your rights and our obligations under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL).

By purchasing from this store, you agree to the terms below.


1. Australian Consumer Law

Under the Australian Consumer Law, you are entitled to a refund, repair, or replacement if a product you purchased:

  • is faulty or not of acceptable quality,

  • is not fit for its intended purpose,

  • does not match the description or sample shown.

These rights apply automatically and cannot be excluded. You are not entitled to a refund if you simply change your mind, make a wrong selection, or find the item cheaper elsewhere.


2. Returns Eligibility

To be eligible for a return:

  • You must notify us within 14 days of receiving your order.

  • Items must be unused, in original condition, and in the original packaging.

  • You must provide proof of purchase (e.g., order confirmation email).

3. Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns or exchanges on:

  • Custom or made-to-order items

  • Digital products

  • Gift cards

  • Items returned without prior contact


4. Damaged or Faulty Items

If your item arrives damaged or faulty:

  1. Please email us within 14 days at kango.png@gmail.com.

  2. Include clear photos of the item, packaging, and a description of the fault.

  3. We will assess your claim and offer a replacement, refund, or store credit in accordance with ACL.


5. Refunds (if approved)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved:

  • Refunds will be processed to your original payment method.

  • Please allow 5–10 business days for funds to appear, depending on your bank.


6. Return Shipping

  • If the return is due to a change of mind, you will be responsible for the return shipping cost.

  • If the item is faulty or not as described, we will cover reasonable return shipping or offer an alternative resolution.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.


7. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund within 10 business days:

  • Check your bank account again

  • Contact your payment provider
