All Kango.PNG prints are made to order using museum-grade archival materials. Each piece is produced individually to ensure quality, detail, and longevity.

Production & Dispatch

Each order is printed on demand.

  • Production time: 2–3 business days
  • Packing & dispatch: 1–2 business days

You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order has been dispatched.

Shipping Location

We currently ship within Australia only.

Shipping Rates

Australia

  • Standard Tracked Shipping: $12 AUD
  • Free Shipping: Orders over $150 AUD

International

  • Standard International Shipping: $25 AUD
  • Free International Shipping: Orders over $150 AUD

Shipping rates are calculated and displayed at checkout.

Estimated Delivery Times

After dispatch:

  • Metro areas: 2–4 business days
  • Regional areas: 5–8 business days

Total estimated timeframe:
5–8 business days from order to delivery

Please note these are estimates and may vary during peak periods or due to courier delays.

Packaging

All prints are carefully packaged to ensure they arrive in perfect condition:

  • A4 / A3 prints: Shipped flat in rigid mailers
  • A2 prints: Shipped rolled in protective tubes

Tracking Your Order

Tracking details will be sent via email once your order has been dispatched.

If you haven’t received tracking within 5 business days, please get in touch.

Delays & Delivery Issues

While we aim to meet all estimated timeframes, delays can occasionally occur due to:

  • Courier disruptions
  • Public holidays
  • High order volumes

We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or incorrect delivery details provided at checkout.

Return to Sender / Undeliverable Orders

If an order is returned due to an incorrect address or failure to collect, additional shipping fees may apply for re-delivery.
